ANZAC Day Parade

Carterton ANZAC Day Parade - annual Carterton NZ event

Each year the Carterton District Historical Society has a window display that commemorates an ANZAC inspired local story and acknowledges our local fallen soldiers. The society lays a wreath, specially designed by one of our members as part of each ANZAC Day acknowledgement.

The Carterton ANZAC parade takes place each year - everybody is welcome! There is a chance for general members of the public to participate in both the parade and the wreath laying.

Parties assemble for the parade at 10.45am outside the Carterton District Council, the parade begins at 11am.
